The RydAir DM1000B/DM2000B Modular Electrostatic Air Cleaners (EAC) are designed for Air Handling Units (AHUs) in commercial and industrial buildings, effectively reducing airborne particulates and preventing soiling of cooling coils. By replacing traditional mechanical pre-filters and post-bag filters, these units minimize pressure drop, resulting in significant energy savings and enhanced airflow efficiency.
Engineered to support Green Building and Energy Efficiency initiatives, the DM1000B/DM2000B helps businesses maintain a healthier indoor environment, reducing the risk of Sick Building Syndrome, improving employee well-being, and boosting productivity.
Tested in the USA, these high-performance air cleaners meet MERV 14 standards, ensuring superior filtration efficiency and compliance with modern air quality regulations.

The RydAiR DM2000B / DM1000B efficiently captures and removes airborne contaminants using electrostatic filtration technology. Contaminated air is drawn in by an external blower and first passes through a washable metal mesh pre-filter, which traps large dust particles. Ultrafine particles, as small as 0.01 microns, then enter a high-voltage ionizing section, where they are electrically charged.
These charged particles are then directed to the collector plates, composed of alternating charged and grounded plates, effectively trapping and removing pollutants. The accumulated contaminants remain on the plates until they are washed away, ensuring continuous, efficient, and maintenance-friendly air purification.

Electrostatic Air Cleaners (Electrostatic Precipitators) efficiently capture wet and dry particulates, including dust, oil mist, cooking fumes, and airborne pollutants. Contaminated air is drawn through a washable metal mesh pre-filter, which traps larger dust particles, while ultrafine particles as small as 0.01 microns pass through an ionizing section, where they receive an electrical charge.
These charged particles then move into a collector plate section consisting of parallel plates—where like-charged plates repel particles, and grounded plates attract and trap contaminants. The accumulated pollutants remain on the plates until they are easily washed away, ensuring continuous and efficient air purification.
Electrostatic air cleaners use an ionization process to charge airborne particles, which are then attracted to collector plates, effectively removing dust, smoke, oil mist, and pollutants from the air.
UVC technology neutralizes bacteria, viruses, and mold by disrupting their DNA, preventing them from reproducing and improving overall indoor air quality.
Yes! Our systems use activated carbon filters, ozone oxidation, and photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) to eliminate unpleasant odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air.
Our air purification solutions are ideal for homes, offices, restaurants, medical facilities, factories, and commercial buildings, ensuring cleaner and healthier environments.
Electrostatic air cleaners require regular cleaning of the collector plates every 2 to 4 weeks, while filters and UVC lamps should be checked and replaced as needed for optimal performance.
